I can’t say enough for my experience at the Trumbull Center Apple Store. Herb welcomed us like we were old friends. He was so helpful & genuine. Getting a new iPhone was a real pleasure. He gets 10 Stars! Definitely the place to go for all your Apple needs!
Chris is the best. Extremely charasmatic, welcoming, and knowledgeable. I went into the store with no idea where to start. He took the time to learn about me and my needs, and then matched that perfectly with the cell phone of my dreams . The pixel 3. Patience of a saint. I give not only the store five stars, but I give Chris 5+ stars. Way to make a customer feel at home. Thanks again Chris!!!
Please let me start by saying, the actual Verizon representative that we worked with, Herb, was amazing. He was informative, he was super helpful, and he certainly helped entertain us to pass the time. HOWEVER, The manager of this particular establishment, probably should go back to school for some business etiquette classes. Apparently all of the credit card machine software in the store had shut down, and they were unable to collect our payment, or the payment of the others in the store. Our amazing representative Herb, was doing his best to appease us while trying to figure out the situation, after trying four times, and being there for an hour, I finally had to take it upon myself to go up to the manager and ask him to please try to fix the situation. He was very well aware that none of the credit card machines were working, yet he did not do anything to try to help or fix this situation the entire time we were there. Just replies with a “there’s nothing I can do”... SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL! My three star review, the only stars that are being given in this review, are because of our amazing rep Herb… Otherwise there would be no stars
Great Experience times 4! This is my fourth time working with Chris at this store and each and every time I walk out feeling like I received great customer service and a great deal. He is exceptionally knowledgeable about the products and promotions available. Don’t go to any other Verizon store around!
Christopher McElroy is top notch. His personality and knowledge of all services and phones is unmatched. He makes you feel comfortable in your decision and if you're not sure he will walk you through every option making sure you are okay. I appreciate the no appointment needed . This Trumbull, CT location is awesome, clean and my favorite new place to be.
