She deserves NO stars. The lady is a fraud!..I have been trying to make an appointment for the past 2 moths or so, when she did email me she said to call the number, I did and no answer. I kept calling her day after day until I finally got a hold of her, She said if she could call me back in an hour. Hours passed and nothing. It has been over three weeks and now the voucher is no good. She needs to be reported to the Better Business Review, I am definitely going to do that. I am in the process of trying to get a refund back through groupon. They need NOT to advertise her business again. Unbelievable, so unprofessional!!!
I strongly advise not to waste your time or money on this facility which clearly does not understand basic customer service. I have spent over 1.5 months attempting to contact this Spa by phone, text, email and its online booking system. No one picks up or calls back. I chased up attempting to confirm an appointment which ultimately was never confirmed. I am disappointed that Groupon does not have any sort of quality control/checks.
i believe this is a fake business. my significant other bought a groupon, didnt do her homework, went and said it looked like a house not business. thankfully she was smart enough not to go inside. i would be concerned for safety and reading the groupon reviews it appears this company is fake / a scam.nnedit: it does not say 490 on google maps or groupon it says 488....
