Stop delivering me packages for the building up the streetnnNext time they go outside in the driveway
Driver dumped my order in my driveway. He did not knock on my door, I was home, my car was parked in my driveway. If I had needed to go out , I wouldn’t have been able to because my package weighted 125 pounds (it is a cabinet) and I could not move it to get out. I called FedEx main number right after I found the package. They were no help whatsoever and they told me they would have driver call me. Well that never happened. I called again around 5 pm, spoke to a supervisor and he said the Stratford office closed at four. So now I’m stuck home unable to move this box by myself. FedEx could have cared less. Finally late in the evening I was able to get my neighbor and his son to move the box to my porch.
They say it the third time there is a delivery exception. I have been in my house for the full day I have never heard the bell or a knock on the door. My package is fragile and have no idea where they are taking it. Or even if it is being moved? Furthermore there customer service says that there is no way they can help my case or that they can deliver the package. I am supper disappointed about the whole service.
Worst delivering companynThey wouldn't even hold my package so I can come pick it up smh
Ive been waiting for a package requiring a signature for several days! They show it on a truck for delivery that never comes and use excuses like bad weather when its sunny out. Ive used fed ex for my business for years and looking to switch. I guess everyone has time to sit around and wait for them to decide when they will actually deliver a package. The package will end up spending more time on the delivery truck than going across the country.
