JORGE is awesome! I went to the East Main Street location in Bridgeport today for reactivating an old replacement phone which was a phone similar to the one that was being replaced. Upon walking in the store there was a group of 4 customers ahead of me and although Jorge was very busy and had transactions in process with this group of 4 customers, he greeted me and let me know that he will be with me as soon as possible. Throughout and as he finalized the transactions with the 4 prior customers he acknowledged me and my son waiting in line regularly which made me feel that we were important to him as a customer. His approach to handling multiple customers actually made the wait go by fast. It was also pretty amazing how he handled the challenging group of 4 customers before me as they all were part of the same transaction and were not necessarily decisive on what they wanted. Jorge maintained his professionalism and patience through that and I knew I had come to the right location for what we needed as well. We had previously been going to a different location but will now look to coming back to this location due to the amazing service we received from him. I came in with my own older version replacement phone to activate for my son and Jorge was great at showing me some of the more upgraded versions of the phones and he talked me through some of the promotions. He was not pushy so it felt like a professional conversation instead of a sales pitch. He listened to what my son's preferences were for a phone and he matched us up with a phone that my son really liked while still being what I consider to be an appropriate cost for a phone of someone his age and still staying within my budget. My son had originally asked for a new phone for Christmas . He uses it to stay in touch with us after school and for playing games but his old phone was starting to lag for some of his favorite games. During Christmas time, I did not find anything that I was comfortable purchasing so it came off the list. I am happy to say my son is now a happy camper with his new phone! It was even snowing when we left the store, so it actually felt like another Christmas for my son but this time he got what he had hoped for (with Jorge's help). This place had only one worker and he had no idea how to manage a line.... Smh. Never said hello or greeted me only asked if I needed help after standing in front of him for an akward amount of time.
