Great workers, very friendly and helpful, but their prices in store are insanely more expensive than their prices online. They also don't have a super wide selection in store. I'd recommend just shopping online. Great quality products, though!
Ordered online and picked up in store. Everything went fine.
Visited mid-day. Floor assistance was a little thin. I was able to get help right away but others had to queue up. Assistance was very good though. At this time (Oct 2020) products on the shelf were more sparse than on pre-pandemic visits. Was able to get a good deal on a camcorder equaling online deals without asking.
I'm happy Best Buy exists. They have great Best Buy brand products and decent pricing on other items. Their computer staff could use more tech training, but that's tough for a large chain to maintain.
Bestbuy has grown and learned to adopt to compete with online for sales. It has worked as I have been going there and making manu purchases that i first attempted to make online from other places. Now, they are competitive in 4K discs and they priced matched on a TV to get me to buy from them. Im surprised that i keep coming back, when I've been shopping online and from catalogs since the late 80s.
