Andre arrived right on time for the appointment. He was extremely cordial and very professional. We are very high risk in regards to the pandemic, and he took all precautions to ensure our safety and his. Andre explained all details involved in our upgrade, and approximately how long it would take to complete the job. After the upgrade was completed, he took the time to thoroughly explain the new wireless system, and he asked my wife and I to try it out while he was there, to make sure we understood everything.nWe are very grateful to Andre for his excellent service and we truly appreciate the support and understanding from the Standard Security Systems staff!nThank you!nJohn and Donna

Standard Security Systems Installer, Rodney Romero is exceptional! He took time to help identify the problem and he along with Ms. Lorette Lamadi, who is also AMAZING, both worked with me to resolve it. Patient, friendly, experienced and thorough work. My security cameras work flawlessly! I'm so grateful. I highly recommend Standard they are the BEST! And don't forget to ask for Rodney! :-)

Wanted to thank installer Rodney Romero for doing a great job. He explained everything I needed to know. Was professional and polite. Alarms been working great and I've tripped the Alarm a few times and the response was immediate from the monitoring center

I recommend Standard and installer Rodney Romero. He arrived on time, was respectful of our home and took all appropriate measures in light of COVID, and was very professional and thorough. The job involved taking over a whole-home system in a new construction that had not been appropriately finished (no wires labelled, no magnets on doors/windows, etc.). He took the time to do the job right, and was here all day without any complaints about the less than perfect prior installation. Afeter all the work was complete, he was in no rush to leave and took the time to explain how the system worked. Great experience and a kind / fun person to talk to.
