Very quick turnaround on a custom audio patch panel. Very easy to work with and turned out great!
I waited for over a month to get my order in and have a snake box built and shipped to me. When I recieved it the female dsub threads were bent. Chris was INCREDIBLY DISRESPECTFUL, No professionalism whatsoever in trying to resolve this. Does not consider your time at all. 10/10 would not recommend. Buyer beware.
Currently trying to find another reason to send Redco my money. They built me a custom 20' cable with miniplug on one end (projector) and an XLR connector (PA speaker) on the other. I was having MADDENING line noise from my old cable -- this cable is insanely nice looking, feels expensive, and is quiet as a church mouse. Use them with full confidence!
Look no where else!! Superb quality materials! Chris is amazing! He was so helpful with me wiring up my studio and when I made a purchase for a bunch of connectors without first understanding how my console worked, he quickly shipped out the right connectors to me without a problem. I have ordered a number of different custom cables, and recently had Redco build me a custom recording snake. Not only is the build quality superb, but they are fast and easy to deal with. Their custom cable builder on the website is easy to use and very thorough. Bravo.
