Staff was pleasant. Manager is very helpful. Hopefully he will be able to help us find a living room set that fits through our doorway.

Stay away from Aaron’s !!! Manager Matt is very unprofessional and disrespectful. After telling him I don’t want the merchandise due to his un-professionalism he charges my card $112 dollars (unauthorized). The manager is very deceiving he tells u one thing and then act like he never said it. Merchandise was delivered to my house with a damaged T.V it took a whole month for the T.V to arrive at the store , When it does arrive he tells me I need to make a payment before he delivers it the same day. Very unprofessional I offered to make the payment on the 13th due to it being such late notice he then begin to blame me and my bf for “braking the T.V) I then told him he can come pick up the merchandise 30 minutes later he charged my card $112 this is the worst experience I’ve ever had with any furniture store ... This manager is rude and unprofessional ... there’s so many reviews about this store and staff members so obviously nothing is being done .. there needs to be a training on what good customer service looks like. If you knew better you”ll do better and don’t go to Aaron’s !!!!!!!!!!

I see various reviews based on individual experience and I sympathize, however my interactions with this branch of Aarons has been nothing short of exemplary.There was a snafu with my delivery and they promptly returned and replaced the items and within social distanced boundaries.The delivery team made it easy for me to transition my order in my home safely .I work in a healthcare where patients and staff are getting riddled with this disease. My hours are chaotic and they were accommodating to my availability..I know it is frustrating for many people getting day to day purchases coordinated with all these restrictions,however the management and staff here were wonderful.

Manager Matt is Very unprofessional arguing with Me over the phone due to false promises that were made !! Associates broke my t.v that came with my bedroom set while delivering the bedroom set, and then he tried to blame it on us. The manger then promised to postpone my payment till the t.v came back from getting fixed. The T.V then took three weeks to come , He then gave me a late notice that he was delivering the T.V and expected me to pay the payment in such short notice and threatened to not deliver my T.V..nAfter telling him I don’t want the merchandise and they can come pick it up he charges my card $112... So unprofessional do not get your items from Aaron’s worse furniture store!!!!!!
