We had the BEST experience at Planet TV & Appliance. The customer service is incredible! We felt prioritized by Chris from the first phone call we exchanged. We were so pleased with the inventory/brands they carry, his wee-seasoned knowledge and honest recommendations that were perfect for our situation/needs. I highly recommend supporting this family owned business. It really harkens back to another time when the customer is what matters. A sincere thank you to Chris & his knowledgeable, highly skilled team.

A few weeks ago I met with Rob Prisco at the store and was walked through the beautiful showroom. My wife and I were able to view appliances at all price points, and we were talked through the pros and cons of each brand. We ultimately purchased the GE Cafe series which had a high end look with an affordable price. Today we had several kitchen appliances delivered from Planet TV and the delivery process was flawless. The delivery team used drop cloths across our kitchen to ensure they would not scuff our floors. We are so happy with the service and overall experience! I would definitely buy from Planet TV again!

The staff at Planet TV and Appliance goes above and beyond for the customer. Ask for Rob when you walk in and he will definitely be able to find the appliance or television that you're looking for. My brother got his kitchen suite from Rob and so did my parents. I just ordered a GE kitchen suite from him as well. He is professional and knowledgeable about each product that is offered online and in the store. Forget about the price because this store will beat prices of other big box stores. Planet TV & Appliance has been so amazing throughout the entire process of researching, shipping and installing our new washer/dryer. Chris was extremely communicative and kind and kept me updated every step of the way. Everyone I spoke to and dealt with was knowledgeable and great. Our entire extended family goes to Planet and will continue to do so!
