Absolutely the best place to go for photographic needs. Have been coming to camera wholesalers since my daughter was born in 1990 when they were on high ridge road. I bought a new digital camera there to capture her coming into the world. Through the years she used to play and pet the flat-coated retriever dogs that used to be at the store. Loved their courses they taught at night. Tim is the best and has a lot of patience to explain everything and not sell you things that you don't need. Also explains every detail to your questions you have so that you know how to use your camera, some of which can be a bit complicated to use. Besides Tim, the other workers there are very nice and they offer other services such as copying old video film on to dvd's and larger prints of pictures which I have done over the years. Some might want to save a few dollars to mail order camera purchases, but camera wholesalers offer very competitive prices.. You want the best value overall with their services after the sale and this is the place to go.

I happily give a 5 star recommendation for this amazing store. I am new to photography and the sales manager spent 2 hours teaching me and recommending the best tools to have in my kit. There was zero pressure to buy, and everything presented was pulled out of the box and put together to show me how it worked. I will certainly make Camera Wholesalers my go-to destination for everything I need in the future!!

Do not go here if you expect them to do camera repair on site. Apparently they don't, even though their website says they do. And even though they are listed as a Nikon authorized dealer, don't expect them to send your camera to Nikon, apparently they use some independent company that takes months to compete a repair.nnAnd don't expect them to be open the hours listed on their website. They close for days without bothering to note it on their site or on their answering service. Nor do they open exactly at 10 when they are in town, 10:30 is when they actually show up, so too bad for you drive a long way to get there. You can just wait.

Fastest service EVER! I ordered two radios Friday late afternoon and they were delivered the next day, Saturday, before I had a chance to buy the necessary batteries.

Camera Wholesalers camera class today was helpful. Dan who conducted the class encouraged us to try new settings and to then look/evaluate them on our computers. He also encouraged us to come back with the photos to discuss. Thank younI did mention, it may be helpful to have a class specifically for a Canon and other classes for the other cameras to address specifics.nI was pleased with this class. Thank you!
