My purchase process and service from start to finish was outstanding. Sean is great to work with. He was knowledgeable and informative in helping me select the right product. The delivery guys were professional and courteous. Customer Service was also supportive in response to my questions.

Lots of reviews here talk about the salespeople - and they are GREAT salespeople at County TV and Appliance - but this review is about the service. We had a big problem with our new GE Monogram refrigerator. It just kept breaking down and running far too warm to be safe to store food. The GE repairman tried to fix it 2 times and no deal. Then we talked to Lucas. He got us a REAL pro at this particular brand of fridge. Not only that, when our appointment was cancelled by GE and rescheduled a whole week later because the tech was running late, Lucas got on the phone and got us bumped up. So just one day later, the expert showed up, did his homework, found the problem.... and FIXED it! At last! And all thanks to Lucas. Lucas is a perfect example of great service. Thank you Lucas!!!

We have been County TV & Appliance customers for years - Why? Because when selection + quality are added to great customer service - it does not make sense to change what is working the best! We have never had a problem with any of our purchases - even the delivery is fast and efficient! Our most recent television purchase was delivered and installed seamlessly - Would highly recommend this store for any of your tv or appliance needs!

I highly recommend ordering anything from County TV. I also don’t write reviews.They always send the most professional, friendly & knowledgeable guys to my home. They make moving in a breeze when they show up for helping with my appliances, hanging new amazing TVs etc...They actually truly care and want the customer to be happy. It’s very rare to find a store that runs like this. I am a forever happy customer!
