The gentleman that provided me service was very knowledgeable about the products I was looking for. He was able to provide all my questions with sufficient information. Friendly, knowledgeable and went out his way to make sure I was happy with my purchase. If given the chance I will recommend this retail store to my friends in the area.
Worst customer service. Made UNATHORIZED charges and refuse to refund me. Made the complaint with ATT and was told they are supposed to refund me and they still refused to.
This AT&T Store has some very knowledgeable Staff that can help you pick the best phone for you and the best plan to go with it. I took my My friend who is low income to this Store just to pay her bill and the representative we spoke with looked over her plan and saved her over $20 a month on her bill. Very friendly and very very helpful. I would recommend this AT&T store for your cell phone needs if you are an AT&T customer.
Rachel and Chantel are the nicest ,friendliest and most helpful people i have ever met.They gave my husband and me fantastic service .We were extremely pleased.
