I'm usually too lazy to leave reviews for anything, but this was exceptionally bad. I needed the screen on my laptop replaced and foolishly didn't trust myself to do it. I not only got charged more than it was worth and was lied to about the cost of the part (I was willing to ignore this), but when I got it home I noticed a tiny crack in the corner of the screen-- one that soon made its way across the entirety of the screen. Not only that, but I soon discovered that when they put the laptop back together, they skimped on a lot of the screws. I don't know if they intentionally put as few back as they thought they could get away with or just lost some and didn't replace them-- either way, embarassing for them.

Just had my son's laptop overhauled / cleaned up and repaired by TechLine team in Shelton. I highly recommend. Team there is polite, responsive, knowledgeable, and fast turnaround. I'm very happy and will be a return customer for another laptop we have here that needs to be cleaned up.

Guy did an awesome job with retrieving back-up files that I thought I had lost. They finished it in a day and for a good price. I can definitely see myself going there again if I have any computer troubles. I would recommend Techline's services to anyone having any issues with laptops, cellphones etc.

I contacted Techline after the hard drive on my wife's PC crashed. Situation was extremely urgent as she has her own business and used this PC for work and had orders to fill. Guys at Techline were extremely responsive and had a new hard drive installed and the computer up and running in 48-hours. They even reinstalled all the necessary programs for her so that she could start working immediately. They even helped me replace the screen on my son's Ipod touch. Their pricing is very fair, the quality of the work was excellent, and the level of service was even better! Please support this great local business!
