The items sold at this place is very expensive. Shocked at the prices...bought pato furniture at another place for half the price. I did buy overpriced covers for my furniture and the woman says its a final sale...she helped with recommending which one to buy after we gave her the measurements. This morning tired to cover the chair and no way it fits...and now we cant return them cause of final sale which is ludicrous

NEVER EVER buy anything from this store. They do not stand behind their products. Bought EXPENSIVE patio set from them. It started to rust the first week. Some of the wicker broke the first time I sat on it. What did they do - TOLD ME TO USE WD40 and get a wicker repair kit! Buyer beware - not a reputable Patio.com location.

Sales person was so rude and couldn’t be bothered to answer any questions we had. Not sure how they sell anything there.

Woof. I'm not rating based on the products, I'm rating based on the manager/customer service. I walked in to an empty store, asked the manager a question (she confirmed she was the manager) and she basically snubbed me and could not be bothered. Short, rude,nlack of information, etc. No wonder why they were empty! Who would buy from that lady? Dozens of other places, and #Shoplocal, that will actually help you, not look down on you, and treat you with respect and customer service. Btw... I went to another store and spent $8500. Your loss mean manager lady!!

We purchased a beautiful teak table from the Ridgefield store. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the table after having it for only a few weeks. The store worked fast to resolve the issue by replacing for a brand new table.
