I have gone to this location multiple times and every single time I leave more confused and more frustrated that they were unable to help me with something that the other stores or technical support over the phone seems to find no issue with solving. This place is close to home so I figure that stopping by in person and actually speaking with someone is my best bet but this Go wireless location has proven time and time again to be useless. Even when just trying to purchase things. Will definitely not be coming back to have my time wasted again... lesson learned

Definitely won't go back to this store. Husband clearly stated what he wanted yesterday- salesperson hustled him. Yes, he should have looked closer but salesperson totally misled. Gave 2 stars because after an awful exhange today was able to get some credit back. But, i will say that the salesperson doesn't listen then blames customer; she did it to me too. She literally tells you things that are untrue then says you said this or initialed that even though she clearly told you something different. Maybe others that work there are fine but certainly recommend going elsewhere. Salesperson said she was manager then refused to give contact info for eric, her boss.
Horrible service. I have called multiple times and each time seems like the employees have no clue. I pre ordered the galaxy s20 ultra. All of my friends got their phones so I called to see where mine was. Katie put me on hold to find out what happened. 15 minutes went by and she got back on the line and said she was digging for information....I finally hung up and called back. She apologized and said she was multi tasking. She couldn't find the information about my order so I cancelled the whole thing....Verizon is a good company but this store is a mess. How hard can it be to order a phone. This was enough red flags for me...dont want to deal with incompetence.
