Called multiple times tried to get in contact with Kurt left a voicemail and nothing called the customer service line and after waiting for 26 minutes someone finally answered and asked me to wait and hung up I work for a storage location and by far this is the worst customer service ever

I store for business purposes and have been storing with Norwalk Self Storage for over 11 years. I left for a brief period of time while living on Long Island and I was very happy to come back! I can say without hesitation and fromnExperience that this place is the cleanest, most professional and most accommodating facility in the region. Ask for Kurt! For anything storage related, he's your man!
