Four pieces of fine furniture broken due dropping of bed footboard, forcing apart into two pieces a wall unit, cracking, marring. No mask on one mover. Refusal to honor the additional insurance contract purchased as they are self -insured. Took to court as no choice.
I had an appointment yesterday for Matheas to call me and do a virtual estimate of my apartment. Not only did he not call, but when I called the company an hour later, the guy who answered the phone said my appointment wasn't even in the system and that Matheas was on the phone. I was told he would call me back and he never did. I'm not trusting these people to be reliable to move my things. Yo'u've lost my business folks! Plus a bad review. It's too bad, good business is not difficult.
Moving is such a major upheaval, but this company does the heavy heaving! They made the process so easy. Courteous, professional, good listeners, and really capable movers made this a good experience. I will be telling all my neighbors!
