O'Reilly Auto Parts

It's your standard O'Reilly, some people know what's going on, some don't. I was a little peeved when I tried to have an item held, the guy didn't bother to check the shelf, despite my request, and I had to drive to another shop in my RV because he brushed my concern off. The other gentleman that helped me when I picked up my other parts was cool. He didn't talk down to me at all but made sure I had everything else I needed.

Went in to buy a replacement piece to make the passenger handle of our 2000 Toyota Camry work. Marco (sp?) was amazing help. Not only did he help me figure out the closest replacement but even tried helping get it to work after about an hour of fighting with it. We didn't have much luck still so I ended up going across the way to a repair shop. But still major kudos to you, man. Major. Kudos. 👍😊

I will start off by stating the obvious of myself, I do NOT -by far- look like the type to play with engines & have grease under her nails but I definitely DO! I absolutely love, love, love the guys at this location. They are always helpful, welcoming, NOT at all judgmental, never make me feel inferior because I’m a chick no matter my questions! Awesome staff, great customer service, always good convo, steady good vibes no matter what time of the day or night I come in at. However, anytime I head there in the AM their female supervisor or manager does not give the same consistent customer service & is quite judgmental as far as superficial in my opinion which pours through in a condescending tone when she speaks. Now don’t get me wrong, her words are of a polite staff member but is spoken (on multiple occasions) in a less than helpful or friendly tone with no actual good or even mediocre customer service provided & no matter my question or issue she responds in a closed ended comment which leaves me with no actual resolution other than to ask “corporate.” Which were my actual answers given on 2 of my visits there. So I ultimately travel to a different location to seek resolution & other stores took care of me or ask a friend to ask for me without me in the store just so I don’t have to waste gas because I’m already at an O’Reilly. All for whatever unknown reason OR perhaps because I’m that woman that just “looks” too high maintenance to shop at O’Reilly but I don’t judge women who work at auto parts stores so I expected the same in retrospect for women who shop at auto parts stores. Just sayin’ I only continue to visit this location because of the guys that offer exceptional customer service & the guys deserve 5stars all around! ***** 😉 Guess I’ll just come in at night.

Staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I forget your name but thank you from the guy that had the hummer!

As should they are working hard to serve us as a customer and I respect that
