Nice merchandise but there’s no customer service. Very disappointed. Could have ordered the same chair online and had in a few days. It’s been months now and even with Covid closings there has been enough time now to update customers or at least respond to emails and phone calls.
Ordered a sectional in December... it’s now September. No one follows up or returns calls or emails. I called the manufacturer and they are NOT behind, so this is clearly a store problem.
Beautiful furniture, great quality, and really great knowledgeable staff. I purchased most of my home furnishings here. Staff was great
