There is never anybody to help you.. items are miss placed. Every trip to this store is a waste of your valuable time.

Staff is very helpful but the home Depot but they have a serious problem of running out of stock and if they do not run out of stock they have a serious problem of restocking shelf by simply reaching up into the rafters and bringing it down there were days I shop there and have to do a secondary project in a day or so notice the been empty since I didn't need it that day I looked up saw two fresh boxes up on the high rafters came back three days later and that it was still up on the rafters there's an old saying in business empty shelves don't make you money I think they have a serious problem and they should have well trained overnight stockers like a other major stores do because the sum it up it's either they're out of a product for more than a week or they have the product or item but nobody brings it down to refills the shelves until you see a customer pointing up oh I need this can you bring it down and it's three boxes of the item meanwhile the Shell's been empty for two days and the items been sitting up in the rafter

Placed order at 9pm on a Thursday... and was ready for Friday pickup 6am on the dot... Gerard was great, friendly and quick. Can’t believe it was this fast. Thank you!

Good luck if you need help with anything that requires someone actually doing some work, like lumber cutting.nEvery time it is a ridiculous waste of time - waited for 25 minutes cycling through several associates: “too busy,” “not my job,” etc.nGo somewhere else - Lowe’s and Ring’s End are a short drive away and it will still be faster than to wait here for someone to magically appear.
