What a great place to shop for a mattress. Excellent selection and plenty of time to shop around. Our salesman, Jamar, was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and one of the nicest people you could ever meet. He was very patient with us going from mattress to mattress and trying them out the best you can in a store. He never once made us feel hurried. Plus after all the time he spent with us in the store, when we got home I decided I wanted a different adjustable base. He very happily and quickly made a change to the order and EMAIL'd me a copy in just minutes. I would highly recommend this location and if possible look for Jamar to assist you. He made this a very overall pleasant experience.

I really cannot say enough great things about Chris Peck and my experience at Mattress Firm the other day. He happily helped me, even with more than a couple of other customers entering the store, and more than a few phone calls coming in (He greeted everyone with a warm smile and a kind word or two, but still managed to focus on me). He was getting busy but it didn’t seem to ruffle his feathers. He knew how to multi-task so well, to keep everyone happy and attended to. He smiled, made jokes, laughed at my bad jokes. I don’t think he even made any money off of me!!!!nnI had to call and speak to him the next day, to ask a few simple questions, and not only did he answer my questions and clarify everything, he even took some time to talk to me about an personal issue that I was having (that was somewhat related to the purchase of the mattresses) for a while. He gave me the feeling that he would be there for me to talk and answer question for as long as I wanted him to. No rush to get off of the phone. He offered up his own personal experiences to help me muddle through my current difficulties. I would never expect to get such amazing, personal, and professional service ANYWHERE. Gerry G. was an excellent salesman with a ton of knowledge an eager to please attitude. He offered me the opportunity to buy an Outlet mattress, even though I went with the full price option so I could get exactly what I wanted when I wanted it. Friendly, knowledgeable and easy to work with. I highly recommend him and Mattress Firm.
