Hank & Rich were amazing and extremely helpful. Best customer service I have ever experienced in a furniture store. They both were professional & knowledgeable in the various collections Bob's has. Well priced & good quality stuff. Ask for Hank or Rich if you go into this location!
Thomas helped us, not once, but twice this past year! We’ve had a few moves and our family is grateful for the friendly and eagerness to help that Thomas has shown us. The facilities are clean. The staff is very welcoming. We will continue to make Bob’s our go-to place for furniture and more.
Buyer Beware! I bought furniture over the years from Bobs, and they never honor their warranty/insurance that cost extra to purchase. I recently submitted a claim for a sectional that I bought which was barely two years old and they denied my claim. This is the third time that I've purchased the extra insurance and they denied my claim. I will never buy from Bobs again. I've easily spent over 6k there in a 4 year time span.
Staff was helpful even tho we were just browsing. Hank answered all of questions. Staff were also practicing social distancing and wearing masks. Upon entering we were greeted, temperatures checked and offered hand sanitizer. Overall it was a pleasant experience. They also had a decent selection of furnitures to select. Def. going back.
Hank was very helpful and personable. We left happy and can’t wait to receive our piece in a short couple weeks. We left Ashley Furniture store with an 8 week out delivery date and a price point triple that while on sale for a similar piece. Glad we decided to go take a look in Bobs. We are always able to find something we like at a reasonable price. The piece we found matches perfectly with the room. Thank you to Hank and also to the manager, she was great. They were helpful and friendly.
