Hands down the BEST customer service I have experienced in a while. Felix was Great, literally from the time I walked through the door until the time I left the store. Mattress felt amazing (I didn’t want to get up) they put down disposable covers for customers to test the mattresses and pillows as well as sprayed Lysol down after I got up. Which I thought was great especially with covid-19. Each employee had a personal testimony on their product which I thought was great. If your looking for great quality product and Excellent customer service, this is the place !!!!
Great customer service from Jesse and team. After a quick chat to see what we may be interested in, tried 4 different mattresses out with different bases to see what worked best for us. Jesse wasn’t pushy at all, answered all our questions, and gave us different options to consider across different price levels. Great shopping experience
