This is the best T-Mobile store around I have had T-Mobile for years and never had an experience like I did in this store. Evelyn was very patient with me and my phone issue along with Dionis with great energy and making my visit entertaining. This store turned my mood around and fixed my issue. This store will get my business from now on.
This store knows the meaning of Customer Service! Dionis and Jonathan are amazing and knowledgeable. T-Mobile is very blessed to have these two represent the company. They took their time to help me pick the right plans and devices...they are very patient and friendly.

This t mobile location was closed for two weeks I think because I believe someone caught the coronavirus. Luckily I was able to stop at 384 Westport Ave Norwalk CT and they were able to take care of all of my needs and deliver superb customer service ! Westport ave is an amazing location!
