I have to say, every Apple store experience is different, but there is no other like this one. I know Apple is known for excellent customer service, but this time, they surpassed my expectations! I was just there to get help on backing up my laptop. I'm not the most outstanding tech geek, and I usually get around. I went this time as my last resort, and I feel tempted to come back every time I stumble upon a bump in the road with my Apple products.nI got help from a young man called Angelo. He was great. Probably the best I've ever had. He not only was very knowledgeable of the products; he did know what he was doing. He kept the conversation going, and you can tell he puts others' needs in front of his. I think I'm here leaving this review because I was so blown away by his communication skill. Now that's exceptional customer service. Someone, please give this guy a raise!

I had a great experience buying in this store. Especially with my iPhone, I had some issues regarding the display. I ended up changing my phone 3 times (I also realized too late I needed 256GB) and the stuff was really helpful and willing to help. Would absolutely recommend!

First time there. Google maps did a poor job getting me there. Sent me on the highway twice. Kept telling me my destination is on the right while I was on the ramp. You have to park in the garage then walk to the second floor. Place is nice and new but was a ghost town. More workers than customers.

Bad tech. Great customer service. But customer service is not particularly helpful when I waited two hours for them to do a repair and I have the exact same issue. NOT FIXED. Sixth time trying to repair a three month old Iphone. I have to go back today. SO tired that they are unable to understand that every now and then, a great product kicks out a lemon.
