I had the most amazing experience at Verizon in the Sono collection mall.. They were patient and kind . The staff even tried to help me keep 3 year old calm while I wait.. Ricardo Sinclair was very knowledgeable , patient and delivered amazing service... I highly recommend their service ❤ufe0f
The store manager Ricardo was both extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We had a fairly involved situation that included buying a new phone and transferring a number to a different phone, Ricardo patiently helped us with all of the steps required. I would highly recommend this Verizon location.
I was a lifelong sprint customer and walked in to shop around and the young man working, Danny, assured me that switching over was going to be the best decision I make. With that being said, I have not regretted it. Danny made this process quick and smooth. I have never received the attentiveness and excellent customer service that Danny and his manager gave me in my 13+ years with sprint.
