Only good for selling you a phone. They handed no technically operational understanding of the phones they sale.
We decided to stop by this store on a whim, since we had been having problems with my cell phone. I'm so glad we did! The representative who helped us, Michael Andazola, was so knowledgeable! He was so kind and patient with us, in explaining all of our options. He even stayed late to help us! I've never had such a great service experience before. If you need help with your Verizon phone, definitely go to this store.

Didn't ask if I had insurance for a lost phone. Then sold me a phone which they refused to honor the 14 day Verizon return policy. Dishonest and disappointing.
