Beth Israel Chabad of Norwalk/Westport has a policy of inclusion. Rabbi Hecht teaches children of all abilities with patience and gives them a meaningful Bar & Bat Mitzvah experience that not only builds their self esteem but gives them joyful memories that will last a lifetime.
