Mark and Laura Rose have gone above and beyond in helping us with storing my mother's things. My sister stopped by with my Mother to get some things. Laura Rose was very helpful, even offering my (92 yr old) Mother some water on the hot day.nMany thanks, Mike

Facility is clean, staff are friendly and helpful. I just got the unit, so I don't know of any problems as of yet, but it looks ok. The climate controlled building was a little chilly but that's fine. It took me like 10 minutes to find my unit because there was no signage on the doors at the end of the hall to denote there being more units on the other side, but that's more user error than anything. A little pricey, but it seems worth it.

Wow, what a great place! Love it... the customer service experiences is A+++! Mark was outstanding, he helped me out since I had forgotten my lock key. Was very professional and friendly. Thank you for everything. Will definitely recommend to family and friends.

The process was quick, efficient and professional. The agent was friendly and knowledgeable. The facility was clean. My only negative reaction was that the hallways and units themselves were poorly lit.

From the beginning, The customer service was excellent and very professional. My Fiancee and I was there for about a year. Not once did we have a problem. Mark and Laura were the BEST.....They answered all questions and we had a lot. If they were upset, We never knew. They always smiled and greeted us. When we left they we the same. A little sad to see us go, But happy for us as well. These are 2 AMAZING WORKERS you have representing your company.
