I ordered several rugs from Kaoud Carpets & Rugs, and my experience was superb! Fred Kaoud, Jr. was very attentive to my specific needs, first in choosing and ordering beautiful natural rugs for my luxury rental property. Per my rental contract, I had to furnish the rugs by August 1st. However, the rugs which I ordered could only be delivered by the end of August. To resolve this problem, Fred Jr. actually created temporary loaner rugs according to the sizes of my ordered rugs, and delivered these loaner rugs to my property by August 1st, free of charge! When the rugs I ordered came in, he replaced the loaner rugs by these rugs, again free of charge! It is difficult to find such high level of personalized service anywhere! Also, Fred Jr. is a wonderful, warm and positive person, and is a pleasure to deal with! I highly recommend Fred Kaoud Carpets & Rugs!

I don't usually write reviews but wanted to let you all know that Joanne and Fred are awesome. They met us at the property to take measurements, worked with us to find something that matched our style and budget, and coordinated the entire installation and clean up. Very seamless and stress-free. I highly recommend you get in touch with Kaoud's if you are in the market for new carpets or rugs.

We had a large vintage kilim that had holes in it. We couldn't decide whether to spend the money to get it fixed or to buy a new rug. We ended up having our rug repaired and cleaned by Kaoud and we're thrilled with the results! They custom dyed the yarns for a perfect match to reweave the deteriorated areas (there were many). We just got the rug back yesterday and they really delivered everything they promised; it is now something we'll keep forever. Nice, knowledgable people, and they didn't pressure us at all. Highly recommend!
