When your mattress becomes your nemesis, you know you’re in trouble! I have truly become the Goldilocks of mattresses! At a different store, I bought a Tempur-pedic and I had to return it because I hated it. I think I overcompensated by getting an extra firm mattress that then was too hard. Then I went to another store and bought a gel foam mattress topper. It was too soft and it smelled and I hated that too.nnI was pretty much at my wits end when I discovered Kleinsleep in Norwalk. I was looking for a company that would not just sell me a bed but would help me figure out what my solution should be. And that was Jeff at Kleinsleep!nnBy the way… I live in Farmington over an hour each way to and from Norwalk so this was a bit of a schlep for me! But well worth it! Jeff let me take a latex mattress topper home to try for a week! While I was still waking up with aches and pains, I felt this was probably the right choice but maybe just in a firmer model. Well Jeff had those as well in stock from his warehouse and I ultimately bought two toppers at a discounted rate. Last night I had my first nights sleep with out any aches or pains when I woke up! Hallelujah!nnI’m trying to convince Jeff to open a store closer to me… For purely selfish reasons of course! Must spread the gospel of Jeff and his store! I am very remiss in writing this review, but only because I can never make myself get out of bed! The mattress Jeff and team sold me is that good. In fact, I bought two mattresses, and everyone is sleeping well, finally. This was the BEST customer experience I ever had- the attention to detail, questions and demos about our sleeping positions, our preferred pillow height, EVERYTHING was looked at and part of Jeff's analysis. He could be an orthopedic surgeon, he knows so much about the spine. He even steered us away from a more expensive mattress because another one was better for my back. How often does that happen? NEVER! You never realize how important a mattress is until you go from a really bad one (from a name dealer) to a great mattress. It affects your mood, your body, everything. Buying these mattresses at Kleinsleep was the BEST gift I gave my family in 2019. Forget online stores - go to Norwalk and meet Jeff. You will NOT regret it. A gentleman, a professional, and I LOVE my mattress. I look forward to going to bed. Thank you for the superb experience, from walking in the door to delivery. I am SO HAPPY! Goodbye back pain. Beds are great, and the person who will greet you is very nice. Disclaimer there is a company dog, but the dog is small and nice to.

The beds were way to expensive for our pocketbook. They had great quality and were made well, we were given every single thing to know about each bed by the Manager there. After back surgery this is the time to replace the mattress, okay doctor we will!
