Great Staff very helpful!
Kristin is SOO nice AND efficient!! She was waiting in me and two other customers at the same time and we each felt taken care of. You need to clone her & place it in all your stores!!!
Excellent superb customer service from Kristin at this store today July 16, 2019. A warranty replacement smartphone was sent to the store I went to the store today Kristin helped me out with backing up mine mother's smartphone and restoring into the new refurbished phone a LG G6. She is very friendly, and kind, and patient, and very knowledgeable T-Mobile sales representative. She should get recognized for her above and beyond service and terrific family member of T-Mobile family. Happy loyal customer Konstantia S.
