My husband and I were at this store morning because he was entitled to a new free phone. Ronald took care of us and he couldn't have been more patient in answering all of our questions and concerns while instructing us on the use of the new phone. I noticed that all of the staff in this store were very helpful with the customers in a nice, relaxed setting. There was no high pressure or rushing to finish up a sale. Although there are at least three Verizon locations in Norwalk this is the location where I plan to take my future business. Very nice.
My phone suddenly shut off but Guido was able to help me with a great new phone. The process was very smooth. Efficient as always.
Guido helped me out with a short term solution while I wait for the iPhone 12 to drop. Clear communication, good pricing, very satisfied. Five stars
Worked with the manager, Ferid, who helped me return a broken phone I had bought online. He tried to help me fix it first, but when nothing worked he told me exactly what to do and even gave me a much better deal on a better phone. Great service!
