Stopped by to pick up some microphone covers. Nice shop, good variety and lots of guitars and gear. Good service.
I called New Canaan Music earlier today because my A String suddenly unraveled and I couldn't fix it myself. I unfortunately didn't catch the gentleman's name, however he took my cello (which I dropped off in front of the store due to social distancing) and told me it would be ready in half an hour. When I returned to pick up my cello, I was pleasantly surprised to find that he also adjusted and cleaned my bridge. My cello looked fantastic! He didn't need to go the extra mile, but he did and I really appreciated it. I've had a great first experience here and will definitely come back for any future purchases/repairs!
Quality, professional and affordable work - I've brought all of my new guitars here for restringing / set-ups and never had any issues! I could not recommend these guys enough!
