You don’t come across the level of customer service Andrew provides very often these days - highly professional and personal at the same time. Andrew worked very hard to accommodate our needs and last minute changes and was punctual and courteous not to mention all the equipment functioned without any problems. The fee structure was very reasonable and the payment process was simple and automated. We are most grateful and will definitely use A Plus Audio Visual services for our next event in Connecticut and will be happy to recommend it to others.

Andrew’s customer service and professionalism are beyond exceptional. I would highly recommend A Plus Audio Video over any other competitor in New England. Not only are the rental prices reasonable on state-of-the-art equipment, but more importantly, Andrew’s willingness to meet the needs of the customer is second to none. There is a reason why this company earns high praise – it’s well deserved.

I rented a sound system from A Plus when I was booked to DJ in Stamford, CT.nnGreat to work with from start to finish. The system I rented sounded fantastic and the rental price is an awesome value.nnRuben delivered and picked up all the gear that I rented right on schedule. He went above and beyond to help me set up everything outdoors. We connected the system to a generator and he made sure the placement of the speakers, mixer, and cables were perfect.nnThe music could be heard clearly in the tent and large backyard area during both the ceremony and reception. I was impressed with the power and clarity of the system - the guests and the couple were all so pleased.nnDefinitely recommend booking from A Plus!

So amazing! I have used numerous AV companies in the past and a plus audio is the best that I have ever dealt with, from the beginning to the end. The owner Andrew helped me choose the correct equipment within fifteen minutes. After being on the phone for fifteen minutes everything was finalized and just as he promised everything looked great and logistically worked well. He was flexible with adding on equipment at the last minute. The techs were great setting up and didn't leave till everything was up properly. Then after my event I had left my Amazon Fire hooked into their equipment and without even asking Andrew reached out to me to return it. Well priced, great people, and great service!! Definitely recommend and will use again!
