Spa at Delamar Greenwich

WONDERFUL, clean and relaxing experience at small boutique spa. Staff was exceptionally sweet to us. All girls came out of services exceptionally relaxed. AJ had amazing hands for the facial. She brought kindness and humor to a stressful week/morning, and went out of her way to do something special for a stressed out bride to make her day with the girls even more memorable! All staff was wonderful, skilled and friendly!

Massage therapists are excellent and the spa itself is cozy and welcoming! The hand/foot paraffin treatment is the perfect way to end a massage it feels amazing!

As a resident of lower Fairfield county, I’ve frequently visited the spa and stayed at the Delamar several times, despite the frustration and the amount of effort it takes to make sure that you’re not going to get screwed over last minute. This Wednesday, I reached out to the spa to book two prenatal massages. In my experience, you usually need to leave a voicemail because they rarely answer the phone at the spa. The spa surprisingly returned my phone call to let me know they were going to work on bringing in another therapist to accommodate two people. I was ecstatic when they called back again to let me know they were able to bring someone in. When we showed up today for our appointment, they said they never booked anything because they did not receive my credit card information. Upset that they didn’t attempt to REACH ME/FOLLOW UP FOR THE CARD, I realized that historically, I’ve had to micromanage every single reservation and I felt that it probably was my fault for forgetting to follow up (pregnancy brain). Similar to this incident, last year at exactly this time, when I had booked the spa and a room for a girls' weekend I was contacted last minute and told that we were being moved to the Hyatt due to an incident at the hotel. I had email and call them several times to manage this reservation. While they paid for our stay in the Hyatt, when we showed up for our Delamar spa services, there were people checking into the hotel as if there was no problem…
