I went to her for a facial groupon I bought online. When I got to my first appointment she wasn't even there. I had to wait 10-15 mins for her to arrive. At the appointment she was trying to sell me her packages of microneedling the whole time. At our second appointment, I had to wait 30 mins to be finally seen. And then for my last appointment, she didn't even show up! When I texted her saying i was there for my appointment, she told me she had our appointment scheduled for the past Saturday and when I asked her why she didn't tell me, she stated she can't remind everyone when she's busy. SMH. She didn't even have the decency to text me that Saturday saying I missed my appointment and asking to reschedule. She claims she cares about her clients yet I've never had this much worse service in my life! Always late and a waste of time!
Just got home from a Facial with Yelena. She was awesome! Even though I suffered through the extractions, My face feels 10 lbs lighter and I feel younger somehow! I highly recommend her!
Yelena is amazing!! I have had 2 micro-needling treatments performed with Yelena and she is the best! Great experience! You can tell she uses great products and that she is an expert she is. I have already seen a difference in my skin in overall appearance and smoothness in my skin. I would definitely recommend going to Yelena!
