At the store all seemed to go well (but a long waiting period for installation of the new phones) but when I got my first bill after changing from Sprint to T-Mobile and trading in a phone for a $500 credit the base amount was $220 up from $150 and the total bill was $366 and did not include any credit for the trade in. I was told that the base amount would not increase and that was the unlimited plan at Sprint which included unlimited talk text and data and a hot spot. They also told me they could not add my T-Mobile work perk (corporate benefit) meanwhile when you log in it states go to a store to get the work perk and cannot be done online. Now I am on the phone with T-Mobile discussing the trade in, the auto bill pay and everything else that should have been done in the store. Uggh!!!

First when we walked in, the staff started mumbling something. My brother and I just went in for some questions about a phone. She mentioned to us that the phone needs to be shipped in the state of CT. When we called another tmobile store, they had the phone that we were looking for. The staff was rude, inconsiderate, did not answer our questions. I would give it zero stars if I could. Would never go here again and I wouldn't recommend it. Very unprofessional and difficult to answer our questions.

Very unprofessional. The manager was preoccupied on her cell phone. She was texting, taking selfies and talking with her coworker. Cared less about my issue.

T-Mobile's professional, ethical, courteous and friendly staff are a jewel in their service offerings. I found the people at the T-Mobile branch (2000 W Main St, Stamford CT) to be just simply outstanding. The branch manager, Shak, is someone with impeccable attention to detail and he strikes me as someone who takes client service with sincerity and genuine integrity: a rare combination indeed.nPlease keep up your outstanding offerings and incredible service. I’ve just joined T-Mobile and I’ll be sure to update my review after a few months.

I'm in sales and I find it refreshing to work with the staff at this location. Namely, I would like to highlight my interactions with Saul. His customer service skills are of the first order. He treats my family with respect, and always goes out of his way to make us feel important to T-Mobile. I wanted to write a thank you to single him out and let him know his hard work is appreciated. I also wanted his supervisors to know he's an asset to their store. My wife and I have had service with Verizon, and AT&T, in the past but have been happy with T-Mobile because of representatives like Saul.
