Will Gold did an AMAZING job helping me and my family upgrade our phones. He answered all our questions quickly and with honesty even if the answer wasn’t of benefit to Verizon. He got me and my family new phones and on deals that we didn’t realize we could get. If you ever visit this store, I hope Will is working and you should ask for him!

I accidentally erased all my daughti texts. Pictures of her graduation. Everything. I immediately went to the Verizon store in Riverside. Jesse was amazing! He recovered all my memories. I can't thank him enough. Kudos to Jesse.
Alan & Will AND the entire staff at this location helped me during a very painful insurance phone replacement issue. They were not only friendly but very patient and accommodating delivering the utmost quality service. The COVID care also was meticulous; made me feel secure enough to bring my daughter. Thank you!
