Sebastian is the best! Very professional and went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of in every way. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to deal with Verizon.
James helped me get a new iPhone back in mid September. I paid over $500 dollars that day to upgrade my phone and change plans based on his advice. We talked about what my monthly bill would be going forward. After all these promotions and discounts and plan changes and taxes and fees, my bill this month was over double what we discussed it would be. In addition, about a week after getting my new phone he told me they set up my new plan and promotion incorrectly so I had to stop by again so they fix that. Overall, not at all pleased with the experience and will not be returning for anything.
I had a truly excellent experience with Corey. He was extremely knowledgable and helpful, and treated all my questions with genuine courtesy and interest. He made the process of deciding on a new phone and setting it up incredibly easy, and I would definitely recommend him (and the Glenville location) to all my friends.
Sebastian was the best. He spent a lot of time with me over 2 days setting up my new phone and was incredibly helpful!! Great customer service. Very happy every time I go to this store.
The service person, Corey Pincus has been helping me for 2 years. He is very patient with me no matter how silly my questions are. I think he is one of the most wonderful salesperson's you have.
