The employees are nice, I always got a good massage. Also, the place always looks clean. Anyway, I can’t give more then one star because the owner is the rudest person that I could see. My husband bought a promotional deal with 10 massages or so. All the time when we came over the owner welcomed us bad. I got all my massages because we previously paid for, but I felt that the owner hated me. She never smiles and she isn’t helpful at all. Terrible way to treat customer, I guess that it is the reason why the place is always empty and they are on Groupon. I don’t recommend this place.
I came here with a friend on 3/17/18 around 2pm for pedicures. The place was EMPTY (should have been our first sign) and they took us instantly. While we were picking our colors the owner congratulated my friend on her pregnancy, spoiler alert, she's not pregnant. During the pedicures the technician spilled my friends iced tea EVERYWHERE. After the pedicure we were paying (no tipping on the credit card) and the owner kept telling us that a 20% tip is customary, while we were tipping in cash for about 15%. Honestly, the pedicures were average and a 15%, tip would be customary for an average service. And that's not including the problems I stated before.
My husband and I had a Groupon for the 1 hour reflexology and both loved it. They started on our backs then legs and feet. We felt pampered and left very relaxed and happy. The ambience is warm and relaxing
I foolishly allowed these people to convince me to spend $80 on nails that broke the following day. I was told that they would last 3 to 4 weeks, so I decided to give it a try. I should’ve just got gel nails as desired. Never going here again!!
Staff were very friendly and the reflexology was amazing. The spa was very clean. I will definitely be back soon.
