New Luxx is great. The staff is very professional and do a wonderful job. The shop is beautiful and clean. I highly recommend New Luxx.

Love this place. It's clean and welcoming. Esther and Grace are great for a manicure/gel/UV. The pedicure chairs are comfy and away from the main entrance which I like so you are not on display. The free massage while I'm getting my nails done is the best. There are lots of nails salons around but this is always my go to.

I HAVE BEEN A LUXX CUSTOMER FOR 5 YEARS OR MORE. MANICURES ARE SUDDENLY $15 AND NOT $12 LIKE ALL THE OTHER SALONS. I CAN LONGER DIP MY FINGERS IN WATER, BUT HAVE BEEN OFFERED SOME SORT OF CREAM IN A PACKET. NO OPTIONS FOR ME SO I AM NOW GOING SOMEPLACE ELSE.nLUXX WILL COME TO A CREEPING END. WATCH. THEY FAIL TO UNDERSTAND THAT THEY ARE THERE TO SERVE AND PLEASE US NOT DICTATE AND GOUGE.
