The outside looks sad, but the inside is very comfortable. Great massage !!! Clean and very professional.
Terrible customer service experience. I walked in and asked just for removal of my acrylic nails and was told they couldn’t do it. After exchanging words amongst each other (I couldn’t understand) they agreed to remove 9 acrylic nails for $35. I asked her what would my nails be soaked or drilled and she replied drilled. This of course is the unhealthy way to remove nails and would think by charging $35 to remove the nails it would be done in the best way possible. I told them I would go somewhere else which I’m sure they were happy about. I decided to leave not because of the price but because of the service. I am fully aware they did not want to take me and decided to raise the price of the removal of the nails to steer me away. This is not the first time this has happened and I will not be returning .
I have been a longtime client of fingernail salon. It is a wonderful, relaxing salon providing great nail services, a choice of extended and specialty pedicures, comfortable massage chairs, current magazines to catch up on and an awesome, caring and friendly staff that care for you. Sandi is a hardworking owner that has created a little oasis! The massage at the drying table is an extra bonus and makes this shop even more special! Go to fingernail!
