We scheduled the moving of a 6’7” concert grand to a NYC apartment. They were so careful and cautious about the safety of the piano: due to the size of the elevator, elevator door, and hallway size, they first postponed the NYC trip after picking up to add extra hands, then brought back the piano to CT storage house at their second attempt after arriving at the apartment in the city around 10pm. The next morning, the owner called first thing in the morning, offering to bring in an extra skillful city mover with newly repacked smaller moving frame for the piano. They repacked the piano over night to better fit the apartment elevator. They succeed in the third attempt with such a clean and professional job. And what is quite amazing is that the company, after all such attempts, did not request any extra charges on our bill. All they cared was a safe and well done job! Great experiences. Thank you!
Great company to use if you have a piano that needs to be moved. Yuri is very professional and always responded to my texts quickly. Very reasonable price for a difficult job. And they clearly care about the pianos every bit as much as the piano’s owners, so the piece is in good hands.
