Clean, lovely store. Staff is very knowledgeable and nice. The process to buy a bed takes a very long time, which is designed to increase pressure to buy their product. They should be a bit more shrewd about their buyer...we were there to buy the bed (after doing my research at home), no need for the “hard sell” tactic.

This was an excellent experience. Buying a Sleep Number bed is a big financial commitment and not to be entered into lightly. And, except for some replacement parts, it's a bed you'll likely have for 25 years.nnSusan Hacker did a phenomenal job guiding us toward our ultimate choice. She knows her stuff and was able to answer every single question I had (and believe me, I had a lot!)nI had done extensive research before I even went into the store, and we thought we knew what we wanted. Susan showed us that our choice was a good one for my husband, but not necessarily a good one for me. She was so right.nnWe spent quite a lot of time with Susan in the showroom over a 2 day period. That was surprising to me, because I like to cut to the chase and get things done quickly. But the time we spent was actually enjoyable and certainly satisfying. Susan is not your typical hard-sell representative. We believed she wanted what worked best for us. Andnwhen we finally signed the paperwork, we were 100% certain that we had made the best possible decisions.

Very nice store, I had a great experience visiting. Didn't feel pressured to buy a mattress or anything else right then and there. Enjoyed testing out all of the various beds available.

What a fantastic experience! Our sales associate Susan was wonderfully helpful. She spent hours working with us. She had answers for every question we could think of.nShe was a great pleasure to work with. We are optimistic that the bed will be as comfortable as the store model was. We are looking forward to getting it installed next week.
