One person working. Made us wait over an hour because she couldn't go to the back to get the phone. Said the manager was on the way to work but never showed. Eventually decided to go get the phone and we were done within 15 minutes. What should have been at most a 30 minute trip turned into an hour and 20 minutes. Very poor way to do business.
Briana was so helpful and cheerful
Dry and non selling interaction. Choose what you want and stayed behind the counter. No associate input. Associates were more concerned about a party and what other stores were doing then remaining professional while customers are in the store.
Troy and his team are very friendly and knowledgeable. They even stayed after hours to accommodate my needs. I would defiantly recommend them if someone looking for exceptional customer service.
