Great customer service hands down. There has not been a time that I have not been blown away by my experience with the Tech Team. My phone took a really bad fall and I brought it to Awais and he took care of it. It came out great! Often time in the past I have brought my phone other places. After getting fixed they would ALWAYS glitch out with in a few weeks. I have never had that issue with the Tech Team. I also love the fact that they always have the latest accessories and protection for my devices. I picked up a case from the Tech team, my GF loved it for her IPhone 11. Overall, great quality service that is often very hard to find as well as passion behind it all. Great job Awais and the rest of the team. Keep grinding and striving! I highly recommend.
If you have a phone issue and you're tired of buying a new phone every year from Verizon or AT&T just stop in. What a wonderful experience! Great owner great staff! Had a battery issue all set. Very professional. I didn't even have to worry about signing out of EVERYTHING to protect my privacy! Recommend to everyone!
The staff with whom I interacted were warm & professional. They are honest and took the time to solve an issue with my phone not working AT ALL. I would definitely go back--if ever needed again. I would absolutely recommend this business to others.
I was going out of town the next day and needed to get my phone fixed immediately. The whole top left side of my screen was unusable. My LCD was shot and my screen was cracked all over. I got there 30 minutes prior to them closing, the guy finished within 20 minutes. Quick, super cool, GREAT price and professional. THANK YOU!!!
The service here was amazing. Very quick and a well done job. Also the store is very organized and the staff know with what they are doing.
