Pros -Out the box the system looks great, the quality of the games look amazing and as taking your game anywhere on your mobile device and on your tablet that was quite amazing I did tried out rainbow six siege multi player wow kept my gameplayon the go who needs a switchall you need is this new xboxseriesx, also to connect the controller to your mobile was absolutely easy just pair it with the Bluetooth Cons- as for download speed it wasn't faster as they said it would be but i will manage I did have my xbox crash while loading up cold war but i definitely figured out that i had to buy the series version of the game which cost me $10 with the ultimate game pass and nomore crashing so if you have this issue make sure you have the series version oh and remember the xbox is overall better than Playstation 5 look up the specs.

Covid is no excuse for yelling at customers, especially 6 yr olds. Bye! Won't be back. Hope you figure it out because youl be going out of businesses bid you don't. Rude staff.

GameStop in Fairfield is the best. My sons and I frequent many gaming stores as my sons are big fans, but this is our favorite. The staff are super friendly, personable and provide excellent customer service. Chris, the current manager, goes way above and beyond and he has been a terrrific edition. He has completed the GameStop experience. Thank you Cris for all your help!

My son went to game stop to return a remote because the R3 button stopped working, which was purchased less than 3 months ago. The associate never told him that Sony has a 1 year warranty. He simply gave him $11 dollars for a trade in and went ahead to sell him another one. Went back the next day on Sunday and they told me it had already been shipped out to the GameStop warehouse. Sounds pretty suspect. I think game stop should be held accountable for not guiding there consumers. My son has spent over $1000 in the past 4 years. It’s pretty sad that they made no effort to retrieve the remote or resolve the situation. Simply sorry. So I can only leave a review to make sure others are aware of what to watch out for. The Manager put the blame on my son. Even after admitting that the last 5 purchases are visible which they still neglected to guide him. This is shameful. My next call is to their corporate office.
