The female that made my order was rude to the customers and her teammates she had a attitude she was talking on her phone the will not come back during the day the people at night are awesome the red hair girl haves to go!!!

Every single order that I have placed has been incorrect, items missing or items that were supposed to be omitted because of allergy reasons have been added even with special instruction. Worse off when I called the man I spoke to on the phone explained that no manager was able to speak to me because they’re too busy. I am very unimpressed with this establishment and will not be supporting them with another order at any point in the future.
This location is not clean. Compared to many other Paneras I've been to, this one needs improvement on cleanliness and friendliness
