The Panera staff person that helped us did a phenomenal job despite the many challenges including understaffing. He made the experience wonderful and the food and drinks were perfect. We took his suggestion to order curbside and we were greeted and given suggestions for substitutions on items not available. He made it look easy and fast and I wish that he was working in my company!
First impression and I will not return. You need a whole microphone just to order your food here . And that “waiting area” doesn’t have signs near the order area but the employee got annoyed add signs and you won’t have problems.
Great place
$10 just for a Mac n cheese and soda and I didn’t even get the right size Mac n cheese! I ordered a regular, large Mac n cheese and got a small. By the way both sizes have gotten smaller significantly. Simply it’s overpriced and not worth it. The small is two bites and the soda was only half full.
The staff there are well trained and helpful I enjoyed my visit, and the food is always ud83dudc4d.
